Ingredients

  • 125g/4 1⁄2oz blue cheese
  • 125g/4 1⁄2oz chopped avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chilli
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • Blend or process all the ingredients together until smooth, seasoning to taste. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve with crudités or toasted flatbread such as pitta.
