Grilled apple stack
Cut the apples into thin slices across the core, and put on a lightly greased grill tray. Top each slice with a small piece of butter and 1⁄2 teaspoon lime marmalade.
Cook under a hot grill until the butter has melted and the apple is golden brown.
Serve 4 or 5 slices stacked on top of each other, with a scoop o vanilla ice cream alongside.
