Terrace crab pie
Preheat the oven to 200°C/ 400°F/Gas mark 6.
In a frying pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion and celery until the onion is soft and golden. Spoon alternate layers of the crabmeat, cheese and onion mixture into the pastry shell.
In a bowl, beat together the eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour into the pastry shell over the other ingredients. Bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes until set. Serve hot.
