Cheese & crabmeat casserole
Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F/Gas mark 4.
Alternate layers of cheese, bread and crabmeat in a casserole dish.
Whisk together the eggs, milk and melted butter, and pour over the layered mixture.
Set the casserole dish in a baking tray. Carefully fill the tray with water to come halfway up the sides. Bake the casserole in the oven for 1–1 1⁄2 hours. Serve hot
