Piri piri prawns
Put the oil, chilli flakes, garlic and salt in a large glass bowl and mix well. Stir the prawns into the oil and chilli mixture, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours, stirring and turning occasionally.
Preheat the grill to very hot. Put the prawns in a single layer on a baking tray, and brush with any of the remaining oil and chilli mixture. Grill for about 5 minutes until tender.
Melt the butter with the lemon juice in a small pan, and pour into a serving jug.
Serve the prawns hot, drizzled with the lemon butter, with boiled rice.
