Sweet-stewed dried fruit
Put the fruit salad, apple juice, honey, brandy, lemon and orange zests and juices in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, and simmer for about 1 minute.
Remove the pan from the heat, and allow the mixture to cool completely. Transfer to a large bowl, cover with cling film and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
To serve, spoon the stewed fruit into four shallow dishes.
