Ingredients

  • 8 limes
  • 75g/3oz caster sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • crushed ice, to serve
  • Squeeze the limes and pour the juice into a large jug. Add the sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved
  • Pour in 1.5 litres/2 1⁄2pt water, and top up with plenty of ice to serve.
